Ann: Unified Web Evaluation Methodology (UWEM) version 0.5

Dear Interest Group,

We would like to announce the release of the first draft (version 0.5) 
of the Unified Web Evaluation Methodology (UWEM) [1]. UWEM is the result 
of an effort by 24 organisations collaborating in three European 
research projects co-financed by the Information Society Technologies 
Programme of the European Commission to develop a common methodology for 
Web site evaluation based upon WCAG 1.0.
