Hi, ATutor is an active open source LMS project managed by the Assistive 
Technology Research Centre (ATRC) at the University of Toronto.  The 
software has been designed with accessibility and web standards in mind. 
  It currently conforms to XHTML 1.0 and WCAG AA+.
