This is a work around, the aim though is to gain a measure of cooperation 
from those who build the sites.

I have heard some people having success by setting their browser (e.g.
Mozilla)  to report itself as IE - would this be an acceptable workaround to
publish on your page for others to do, even if not what you wanted yourself?
