May I ask you one more question?

If some descriptions to explain each area of the page, e.g. "Content 
starts here" or "Navigation starts here", are provided, will it be 
helpful to screen reader users? Or will it be annoying?

Since I'm not a screen reader user, I don't know how they feel, but I
want to know their opinion.
