Hi Mike,

Yes for the "TIFLOWIN" users.

Still there are many users of that application, in Spain and Latin America.
According to the Romero's investigation:

Years ago I discovered how to solve the problem and to make accessible the
GIF to those users, but the solution depended on the use of a nonstandard
attribute (lowsrc):
