I had an enquiry from a guy in the states,
asking for advice/consultancy on making his website
accessible.

Question. Is there a list anywhere where he might
find <quote>reputable</quote> people? Either via
recommendation or qualification? You can imagine
the caveats that go with that.

Probably same goes for UK; just this one was for the states.
