  This is not correct. Opera 7 has no problem with numeric values as
  access keys. This might differ from platform to platform, of course,
  but neither the Unix nor Windows versions exhibit such difficulty.

  As for access keys themselves: it is good practice, despite currently
  poor implementations outside of Opera.
