It is, but the protocol hasn't been used properly since IE
started pretending to be Mozilla, e.g. this might be a 
*properly* formed user agent for IE 5.5 and version 2.0
of an AT called MYAT:

User-Agent: MSIE/5.5 MYAT/2.0
