That's an interesting way around the problem, I particularly like the 
menu at http://new.uh-hosting.co.uk/, it something that I have wanted to 
implement for a while, but haven't yet spent the time to work out the 
best way to do it.

I suppose the key thing is how people with screen readers get on with 
them.
