Shouldn't the first line of attack for printing be a print style sheet?

After a recent redesign of our site, people have been quite pleased by the
print version of a page

http://www.jcu.edu.au/asd/services.shtml as a sample page which you should
do a print preview from. Header and navigation links are removed from the
print version strictly by style sheets.
