I'd say the majority of Bobby users don't do the user checks. They see that 
premature "Bobby approved" button, and say to hell with it.

I wouldn't call it a joke, though; knowledgeable web designers can 
certainly use Bobby effectively, and unknowledgeable ones are bound to 
screw it up one way or another.
