Re: history of browser accessibility conformance

and we are happy to take your submissions if you have not already
provide one.  we can use all the implementation experience we can get so
if you have a browser out there and it has not been evaluated in order
to evaluate the guidelines, please let us have that.

There is also the report on which requirements of the User Agent
Accessibility Guidelines have been implemented by the various browsers &
ATs - see http://www.w3.org/WAI/UA/impl-pr2/
