The New versions allow for "Pervasive Accessibility in organizations"

What is Pervasive Accessibility? (Short Description)
It is content creation that includes accessibility as part of the
overall development, quality assurance, and the deployment process. The
new releases will allow organizations to deliver pervasive accessible
content development, extending what is available in the authoring and
delivery solutions that they are currently using.  

Included in the new SDKs are complete source examples of how the New
APIs can be used to integrate accessibility into your workflow.

with Microsoft PowerPoint!)
