I'm only talking of an alternative version, and, if someone needs help
for part of the form, they are likely to need help with most of it.

One could enhance the verbose version of the form to allow IE/JAWS users
to turn on an off the individual documentation segments, and let Lynx
users see it all.  This assumes scripting.
