Tom Worthington and SLC2002

Someone mentioned (in a message I read ten minutes ago but now cannot 
find) that Tom Worthington <http://www.TomW.net.au>, one of the 
expert witnesses in the Maguire-SOCOG case, had contacted Salt Lake 
Olympics about accessibility.

Damned if I can find any mention of this on his site.
