I'd love to see what Jim has written.
Could we start somewhere?
Do we have a quorum of javascript users?
anyone have any suggestions?

turning around:
>>anyone who relies on keyboard access will not be able create the
"mouseover" event handler (from snow)
could we suggest that browser and website designers should ensure tabbing
does emulate mouseover?

in the meantime Joy has given me a further project, to see how.
thanks to you all..
