Just to give everyone a little perspective -
Last year while talking to a group of "educators" who were responsible for a
redesign of the state education websites I was dismayed to learn that they
had been taught <Hn> tags were for increasing font size. They had, of
course, passed on that nugget when they taught school children to do web
pages.
