RE: Form labeling and user agent support

If you are placing the label *before* the checkbox or radio button, consider
setting them right flush (if you're using a table for layout). Stacking the
checkboxes/radio buttons vertically and lining them up may reduce confusion
for visual users while preceding the input with the label will help
non-visual users.
