SYSTRANS On-the-Fly Translation Form [was Re: Braillesurf]

aloha, len!

thanks for the URL (oops, i mean URI) of the SYSTRANS on-the-fly translator...
sadly, however, the "Submit" button is un-alt texted, to wit: {warning code
following:

<INPUT TYPE="IMAGE" NAME="Translate" SRC="img/h-transl.gif" BORDER="0">

adding a simple ALT="Submit" would greatly increase the utility of the page
(and allow others like me to easily put our multi-lingual screen readers to the
test!) even though the form is table-ized and neither TABINDEXed nor LABELed
nor ACCESSKEYed... it does, however, degrade comprehensively using the current
build of Lynx32 (which is based on the 2.8.2rel.1 build and which is available
via http://www.fdisk.com/doslynx/ and
http://www.hicom.net/~oedipus/vicug/blynx32.zip) ...

kind of inexplicable, too, as pretty much all of the other graphics on the page
_are_ (rather nicely) ALT-texted...
