(NEW!) WAI IG CALL FOR REVIEW: Authoring Tool Guidelines Working Draft

The Authoring Tool Guidelines Working Group (AUWG) has prepared a working
draft which they would like the WAI Interest Group to review, before
publishing it as a first Public Working Draft on the W3C Technical Reports
page.

YOUR COMMENTS ARE IMPORTANT:
I strongly encourage WAI Interest Group members to comment on this
document. If we can give manufacturers good guidance on how to facilitate
accessible site design, it will go a long way towards making an accessible
Web a reality.

TIMELINE FOR WAI IG REVIEW:
Send comments by NOON US Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, November 11,
1998, at the latest. Earlier comments are greatly appreciated. We will do
our best to incorporate comments received by this deadline.

WHERE TO SEND COMMENTS:
Please send comments to the w3c-wai-au@w3.org list. The AU WG mailing list
is archived from the AU home page <http://www.w3.org/WAI/AU> if you would
like to view other people's comments. 

REVIEW QUESTIONS:
Jutta Treviranus, Chair of the Authoring Tool Guidelines Working Group,
asks that people consider these questions when reviewing the document. All
other feedback is welcome as well.

1. Is the document understandable and clear?
2. Does the format/structure of the document work well?
3. Are the priorities appropriate as indicated?
4. Can you suggest additional techniques?
5. Is anything missing from the guidelines?
