its a nice quote, but i disagree. words *do* matter.

are  "deaf" "deaf mute" "deaf and dumb" all the same?
what about "black" "negro" "nigger" and "african american"--all the 
same? 

or disabled? handicapped? gimp? defective? cripple?

i apologize, because i know several of these terms are offensive.but 
that's the point.
