CFC - Decision policy update

Call For Consensus — ends Tuesday November 13th at midnight Boston time.

The Working Group has discussed a change to the working group’s decision policy, current version:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/decision-policy

The specific changes are highlighted in this draft, which uses yellow highlighting (with <ins> and “Added” prior to each change), and links to the comment it was addressing:
https://alastairc.ac/w3c/decision-policy_2018-10-22.html

That version includes the list of comments about the consensus process at the bottom. Not all of them are addressed by the decision policy, some will be addressed by other process updates.

Call minutes: https://www.w3.org/2018/11/06-ag-minutes.html#item03

Also, to get the previous history it was also discussed at TPAC:
https://www.w3.org/2018/10/22-ag-minutes.html#item01

And the source for the updates was feedback from this survey:
https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/process-results-pt1/results

If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have not been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you “not being able to live with” this decision, please let the group know before the CfC deadline.

Kind regards,

-Alastair
