Process review - problem statements

Hi everyone,

Thanks to everyone who provided feedback and suggestions about the AG process for 2.1,
we had many issues, comments and suggestions to ponder.

The next step is for the Chairs to reflect back what we have understood the issues to be, before making proposals.

For this purpose we have created a survey:

The 30+ pages of feedback have been distilled to 7 categories (survey questions) with around 30 problem statements between them. We've tried to make them as plain-English as possible, but they do assume familiarity with the WCAG 2.1 process.

Some problem statements are fairly wide, and cover many individuals comments. If you want all the details from individual comments that were shared with the group, the results of the previous survey includes the vast majority of the feedback received:

We will use these problem statements to form proposals for change, but before that we'd like to check they cover the issues raised, and you agree they are problems worth solving.
