RE: CFC - Updated Response to issues 649, 616, 411, 282, 680, and 686 on Graphics Contrast

Sorry, that’s probably my fault.

Apart from the title the SC text shouldn’t have changed, and I didn’t intentionally take away the states definition.

I’m afraid I’m heading into training now, but I could make a cleaner version tonight (in about 10 hours)

It’s hard to vote on this one.  The pull request is coming from the Understanding branch which seems to have complicated things and git is reporting many conflicts.  I expected the only change here to be the SC title, but instead the definition for “states” is gone along with the link and possibly other changes.
