Congratulations to everyone for the hard work, dedication, and focused
determination that it took to get WCAG 2.1 "out the door". It is indeed a
proud and exciting moment.

Special thanks and shout-out to our chairs: Andrew Kirkpatrick, Joshue
O'Connor, and Alastair Campbell who all did an outstanding job navigating
us through the choppy waters to get us to where we are today.
