WCAG 2.1 draft published

A draft of WCAG 2.1 that includes content through the latest CfCs
accepted this week has been published today:

https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/

According to the timeline, this is meant to be the final draft before
entering CR. Messaging about this is available at:

https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-ig/2017OctDec/0237.html

Please forward this messaging in your networks, and give the document a
good once-over yourself. File issues in the GitHub repository.

Understanding content for this draft is available at:

https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Understanding/

That content may or may not be the latest people were expecting. I
merged some content that I could see people wanted merge, via email or
pull request, but found other content that had been worked on but wasn't
clear people thought it was ready for merge, or that I thought was not
ready for merge for various reasons. Ping me if you think I missed a
merge request and I'll take a look.

I for one am ready for a break for the holidays. I hope we can all
decompress over the next few weeks and come back in January with renewed
vigor to finish this up. :)
