responses to IBM on issue 442

H FolksI took an action to draft a possible response based on what I wrote this morning at Comment_Summary_2-2-6#Accessible_Authentication


I will also point them to  the issue paper on https://w3c.github.io/coga/issue-papers/privacy-security.html and the issues with copying information are discussed in https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-user-research/ . I can also site more research on the effect of dementia dysgraphia  and dyslexia on coping,  working memory and visual memory (that is used to copy information). Do we feel it is necessary? It is not hard but will take more time....


However I also want add to that  that we can not require more evidence and studies for some user groups (such as coga) then we have required for other groups.
