Re: Issues with Target Size SC

I would support Detlev's proposal. I'm shy to loose the SC at AA. Exempting
targets in blocks of text seems reasonable. Target size seems to be in
almost all mobile recommendations I've seen, and there may be a perception
of lack of diligence if there is nothing at AA.

However, I acknowledge significant problems of applicability and
usefulness, as well as strong comments against it and as such will not
interfere with it be moved to AAA or removed.
