Bad link on Question 3 of Oct 31 Survey

I think there is a bad link on question 3 of the current Oct 31 Survey.

It says "Proposed grammer fix view the proposed User Interface components
SC #513 <https://github.com/w3c/wcag21/pull/405>. "

But when you clock on that link it goes to issue 405 instead of 513.

As your time permits...can someone fix that link?
