conventional names / conventional user interface

Hi Folks

I was asked to start working on some of the definitions for conventional names / Conventional user interface for issue 6. See it in github


Note we wanted a first draft to go to public comment, but we know these will change.
 I did not fully harmonize with ePub as there are many types of navlists that seem a bit of an overkill here (such as lists of figures) . I suggest we work on that more when we have public comment. I also think some of the autocomplete ones can be culled but again I would weight on that until we have more comments.
