Dealing with member/public comments

Hi all SC managers,

We are starting to get more member and public comments - which is great. [1]

I'd like all SC managers to keep an eye on these comments (with a view 
to shortly drafting a reply, or finding someone to do so) as they come 
in and make sure that you are aware of them, if they relate to an SC you 
are managing.
