I won't be able to make it to send my comments by deadline as well.

I've been having hectic days this month because the fiscal year will
end at the end of this month in Japan. I got tons of projects to be
done within this month. Most of accessibility advocates in Japan are
having hectic days as well. So I'll host an ad hoc meeting with them
in April, and then send my comments.
