When you take something that already exists (an existing product)  and change it so that it will work for some person or purpose

When you take an existing product — or product design - and change it to fit a person

> ·         Personalisation

When you adjust the settings on a product so that they are the way you would like them.   Not changing the product but just adjusting it to each person’s preferences.
