"help" on this weeks survey

There was a bit of confusion on what needed to go into pull requests and some extra material got in


For today's survey  on Issue 32 (Help)  I accepted the SC with the  added the comments
"Delete the last sentence about context sensitive help. That is a mistake"


If anyone has an issue with the last sentence that can add that comment
