Re: how to submit a revised SC?

Thanks for the question John - and sorry for the delay.

The short answer from me, is that I'm not totally sure.  As far as I 
know, you cannot edit a commit containing your suggested SC - that would 
be an existing or your current Pull request (PR) for example. However, 
you can add new commits to an existing PR or indeed remove existing 
commits AFAIK.

So I think if you have a PR already against an existing issue - then 
that can be updated and new commits or iterative edits/improvements an 
be added and this could be the way to do it.

What we didn't want - based on our last call when we discussed this - 
was to have new issues being minted with each new revised SC.

I hope this helps. I'm not a GH expert btw - and am learning as I go, as 
many of us are. Andrew/Michael?
