Success Criterion #6 - Personalization

Hello Everyone,

I am assigned as the Success Criterion (SC) Manager for Success Criterion
#6, Personalization:

I would like to get some dialog started about this SC.  Please review it
and provide feedback in GitHub.  I am especially looking for comments about
the following:

   1. Conflicts this SC might cause for other established SCs
   2. Roadblocks for implementation of this SC in practice
   3. Use cases
   4. Industries who are particularly interested in personalization
   5. Suggested Edits
