Hi All,

I happened to find that Understanding and Techniques documents are
published on the 7th October.

Understanding WCAG 2.0

But I don't see any announcements from W3C/WAI on WAI-IG list, WCAG WG
list and Twitter(@w3c_wai). I think we'd better announce this updates
to the public.
