I just wanted to point out that 2 years wasn't a new timeframe, I was assuming I'd find another source for that but that was just the first mention I found. > "I wish you could also do a search on how many times, over the past decade or so, I explained that it takes time to implement standards in government." I accept that it does take a long time, but whether that should dictate the progress of the 'source' is another matter. Delaying for that audience (who can pick up a later version when it suits their timescale) prevents others from benefiting. Anyway, I'm going to do as David suggests and focus on the SCs now.
