Hi All

With our consensus version released, the Charter no longer refers to an
external document that would define our updated timelines. I would like to
propose we defer work on that document right now since we have no
obligation now to do that, and turn our attention to the formidable task
ahead of us, getting the FPWD of 2.1 out by February 2017, within 4.5
months, that is about 18 meetings away if we don't break for Christmas.

Can we turn our attention to helping the task forces get Success Criteria
proposals into a format that meets our current acceptance thresholds and
throw our collective expertise at solving these problems?

Cheers,
David MacDonald
