I would like to hear more clearly that this is an agreed-on need.  Do we have feedback from users saying that in a list of books where you can open a Word/PDF/Text/EPUB/MP3 version that they would like to hear the full book title as part of the link text that is read out?

I can see the benefit in terms of absolute increase in clarity, but I can also see that it might be regarded as a decrease in usability.  Do we know?
