Subject: IRC channel for Screenreader user questions

Hi all,

Leonie Watson has created an IRC channel #screenreaders on the W3C server, as a

place where screen reader users can go to ask questions about scribing,

participating in calls and meetings, and using tools like Github.

It you are an SR user, do go there, hang out and feel free to ask questions and share your knowledge.

Thanks to Leonie for setting this up.
