No WCAG meeting September 29th, 2015

Hi all,

There will be no working group meeting this week. The chairs are taking 
the time to work on the extensions frame work requirements amongst other 
things. We aim to have something for the group to review for discussion 
the following week.

Please do complete any outstanding Git issues that you have.
