Off the top of my head ...

I see Peapod on the list. It's a service I user regularly. I find it
marginally accessible. I would be unable to use it but for my mouse
emmulation in Orca. If I'm not very, very careful, I can easily receive
products I didn't mean to order.

Most glaring is lack of programatic field and field label
associations.That's a rampant problem on Peapod.

And, as I allude above, they have buttons that require the emmulator to
activate, even though they're; in tab order.
