As I am considering formal steps to take against this decision, could
you, as a start, point me at something like a charter for the Working
Group, one that is neither expired nor a draft and that names you as a
chair and is linked from the WAI Technical Activity statement would be
good.

It would also be useful if you could provide a rationale for the
decision. You promised one above, but your message does not seem to
offer any kind of logical link between removing subscribers and any kind
of goal you might have. I cannot think of a possible rationale myself.
