Using WebEx for next call

Group,

I will send out an agenda for the next teleconference on Friday, but wanted to alert you that we have a new teleconference system that is being rolled out and we would like to try it with the group next week.

The new system is WebEx, and in order to use it you have a few choices, and you may need to download and install a meeting client so if you wish to use one we are asking that you download and install the client ahead of time as it make take up more meeting time than we would like if you don't:

WebEx on Windows (IE, Chrome, FF) or Mac: Download the client ("Meeting Center Application") from https://mit.webex.com/mc0901lsp13/meetingcenter/support/support.do?siteurl=mit&Action=downloads
WebEx on mobile platforms: http://www.webex.com/products/web-conferencing/mobile.html

You will also be able to call into the meeting with a standard telephone call to a new number (+1 617 324-0000) but toll charges or minutes would apply. If you use the client the meeting can call you (minutes may apply) or use the application's VOIP connection.

We will discuss the change on the call some more, but please download and install the client of your choosing ahead of time.

Thanks,
AWK
