WCAG-ISSUE-36 (SC3-2-2-Failures): Failures for SC 3.2.2 only marked against SC 3.2.5

The failures F9 and F60 relate to SC 3.2.2 more than SC 3.2.5 but are not mapped to 3.2.2
F9 - changing the context when the user removes focus from a form element
F60 - launching a new window when a user enters text into an input field
Opening new windows in these situations are certainly change of context  for SC 3.2.2 I believe.
