10:00 - 11:00 : Gap analysis: Review HTML5/ ARIA spec to see if there 
any techniques missing
11:00 - 11:30 : Break
11:30 - 12:30 : Workshop: How to write a technique
12:30 - 13:30 : Lunch
13:00 - 15:30 : Work on specific techniques
15:30 - 16:00 : Break
16:00 - 17:00 : Plans for moving forward
