[html-techs] No call this Monday

Hi all,

There will be no call this Monday as we have not received any new 
techniques for review.

Please take the time to work on any techs that are assigned to you - and 
feel free to take up any new ones of interest.

I will be pinging people individually to see where work is 'at' etc.
