The test procedure for
http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/2011/WD-WCAG20-TECHS-20110621/H32
says that a form must have an input of type="submit" or type="image or
button of type="submit". Would not an input of type="button" also suffice?
(Why is it worse than type="image")
