Daylight Savings Time changes approaching

The semi-annual fun with Daylight Savings Time is approaching. The time
of WCAG meetings stays fixed in Boston, Massachusetts time. This means
that the local time in other regions moves, sometimes temporarily and
sometimes permanently, as Daylight Savings Times shifts on various dates
and in different directions. A summary of the effects compared to the
current time:

25 September: *New Zealand* meetings are an hour /later/
2 October: *Australia* meetings are an hour /later/
2 October: *Israel* meetings are an hour /earlier/
30 October: *Europe* meetings are an hour /earlier/
6 November: *Israel* and *Europe* meetings return to current time
6 November: *Australia* and *New Zealand* meetings are /another/ hour
/later/ (two hours later than current)
6 November: *Japan* meetings are an hour /later/

After 6 November, meeting times are stable until the next Daylight
Savings Time switch.

Further information about Daylight Savings Time changes is available at
http://timeanddate.com/time/dst/2011b.html. We will try to provide
correct local meeting times in meeting agendas, but if you are unsure
you can convert the time from UTC or Boston time to your local time
using the converter at http://timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html.
